An inviting open living room, dining area and kitchenette. A queen size bedroom and a small 2nd bedroom with a full bed. One bathroom completes the apartment. When reserving the Apartment at the 2 person rate, the full size bedroom is locked off. 4 person Maximum.
*Children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated in this unit.*
**This Unit is a Third floor walk-up. The Inn does NOT have an elevator**

This room is accessed by a set of stairs. We regret to inform you that we do not have ADA accessible rooms and bathrooms. As such, accessibility features such as ramps and elevators are not available outside or within the inn. All guest rooms at The Oak Bluffs Inn are accessed exclusively by a set of stairs, a gravel parking lot and gravel walkway.
