Do you serve breakfast at the OB Inn?

Yes! Erik’s famous breakfast includes Mighty Leaf Tea, gourmet coffee, orange juice, cereal, soy milk, bagels and croissants, fresh fruit, organic yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and one of Erik’s signature baked dishes!

Can you walk to downtown from the OB Inn?

Yes! We are just a short, five-minute walk from the heart of Oak Bluffs including Circuit Avenue restaurants and hotspots as well as The Harbor.

Can you walk to the beach from the OB Inn?

Yes! It’s about a five minute walk to the ocean/beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas are provided!

Is the OB Inn quiet?

People from big cities perennially remark about how quiet the OB Inn is. It is “downtown” however – on the quiet side of the quaint village of Oak Bluffs. For light sleepers, all guest rooms are equipped with white noise machines!

Do we have to be “in” at a certain time?/Is there a curfew at the Inn?

No! You don’t have to be in at the OB Inn. Your room key will open the door after hours if you are enjoying the MV nightlife!

Does every room have a private bath?

Yes! Every guest room is unique but they all contain a private bath!

Are children allowed at the OB Inn?

Yes! Certain rooms are designated as “kid friendly.” Just ask the Innkeeper.

Is someone available to meet me at the ferry if I have luggage?

Yes! Just make arrangements with the Innkeeper and we can pick you up! (The OB Inn is in walking distance to the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal.)
